  • What are chat hours?
    Chat hours vary but chat is available 7 days a week. Closed all major holidays and always 1 day in loo Example. Holiday lands on Sunday, team is off Monday.
  • Live Chat Policy
    Aggressive/Angry behavior towards chat operators is not allowed and will result in loss of business and account being blocked. Orders within Canada do not require agent assistance but they are there to help. We understand being frustrated but if you have issues DO NOT use vulgar or aggressive langue. Chat operators are people and errors can happen but DO NOT take anger out on them.
  • How long is shipping?
    Shipping times are a rough estimate as sometimes they change depending on courier. **Canada Post 1-10 business days depending on shipping option chosen. **Fedex 1-4 business days depending on option chosen
  • Will my package be discreet?
    YES! All orders are vacuum sealed and then placed in 1-2 sealers before being placed in a box.
  • Will i need to sign?
    All deliveries require a signature for security purpses but you can request no signature at your own risk.
  • Can I have package shipped to a po box?
    YES! But only Canada Post will deliver to a PO Box.
  • Courier
    We do not control the situation once it leaves our hands. We have no control over delivery courier.
  • Late Arrival
    If your package is late please take a screenshot of the expected delivery date and when your package actually arrives and contact us on chat.
  • Processing Time
    Processing time based on order date. Orders placed Sunday-Wednesday are placed in queue to be fulfilled and shipped by Friday same week. Orders placed Thursday-Saturday are placed in queue to be fulfilled and shipped by Wednesday of next week.
  • Delays
    Orders can get delayed due to uncontrolled circumstances. Holidays also add a day or 2 to processing time.

    We DO NOT ensure outside sources Examples. Brands given to us as samples to give out. We DO NOT handle orders/items placed outside canadianterps.net.
  • Samples/Gifts
    Complaints about free item received can result in blacklisting on future free gifts. Example. Complaining about shirt size received, etc.
  • How do I earn points?
    Points are earned by signing up and placing orders.
  • How do I redeem points?
    Once enough points are earned a coupon will be sent through email.

  • Rules and Exemptions

    All uk orders are shipped at the customers risk. We do not cover packages seized but customs.

  • How do I obtain a discount code?
    If you live chat a representive they will be able to provide any code that is active. Codes are not always available.
  • What are the sale rules?
    1) They are non retroactive after 24hrs. 2) Quantities are sometimes limited with sales. 3) If you ordered on Monday and Sale starts Wendesday you will need to place a new order to obtain the discount.
  • Coupon Rules
    Cannot be used during sales.
  • What payments are accepted?
    Paypal, Crypto, Email Transfer, Cash by mail
